DRINK SPECIALS:

Whiskey on the Porch

- 1.5 oz whiskey

- a few mint leaves

- lime wedge

- 1 oz hibiscus syrup

- 1.5 oz pineapple juice

1) add mint, lime and syrup to cocktail shaker and gently muddle.

2) add the rest of the ingredients and ice and shake.

3) Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with mint and dried lime

Raspberry mojito

2 oz rum

3 raspberries

3 mint leaves

Half lime

.5 oz simple syrup

Seltzer

in glass muddle lime juice, simple syrup, mint and raspberries

Add rum and fill glass with ice

Top with seltzer and stir

Grapefruit Paloma

2 oz tequila

Half lime juice

1.5 oz grapefruit juice

2 basil leaves

Muddle basil, lime juice, and simple in glass

-1.5 oz tequila

Pear Vanilla Gin Fizz

-1.5 oz gin

-2 oz pear nectar

-.5 oz vanilla syrup

-Half lemon

-Prosecco

1)in wine glass add gin, pear, vanilla syrup, lemon and stir

2)Add ice to with Prosecco and splash of soda water

3)Garnish with pear slice

-1.5oz vodka

1 oz gin

Blackberry Gin Mule

2 oz gin

4 blackberries

Half lemon juice

Ginger beer

muddle blackberries in shaker tin

Add gin, lemon juice and ice and shake

Strain into glass over fresh ice

Top with ginger beer Garnish with blackberry and lemon slice

Hot Tea Toddy

2 oz Whiskey

Tea

Half lemon

1 oz honey syrup

add whiskey to mug

Add hot water , tea bag , half lemon and honey syrup

Stir and garnish with star anise / lemon slice .

Pumpkin Pie Martini

⁃ 1.5 oz vanilla vodka

⁃ 1.5 oz emmets

⁃ 1 oz pumpkin syrup

⁃ Graham cracker rim

1. rim martini glass with maple syrup and graham cracker

2. In shaker add vodka, emmets, pumpkin pie syrup and ice .

3. Shake and strain into martini glass

Cherry Amaretto Sour

⁃ 1.5 oz Amaretto

⁃ 3/4 oz bourbon

⁃ 2-3 oz cherry sour mix ( Cherry juice, lemon juice, honey syrup)

1. in shaker add amaretto, bourbon, cherry sour mix and ice,

2. Shaker and strain over fresh ice in small rocks glass.

3. Garnish with dried lime

Holiday French 75

⁃ 1.5 oz Gin

⁃ 1 oz St. Germain

⁃ Half lemon

⁃ 3/4 oz cranberry rosemary syrup

⁃ 3-4 oz Prosecco

1. rim wine glass with the down east cinnamon sugar

2. Add all ingredients to wine glass and ice and stir

3. Garnish with frosted cranberries and rosemary Sprig

Peach Iced Tea

⁃ 2 oz ol Smoky Peach Moonshine

⁃ Iced tea

1. add peach moonshine to glass

2. Add ice and iced tea

3. Garnish with lemon

Pumpkin Pie Martini

⁃ 1.5 oz vanilla vodka

⁃ 1.5 oz emmets

⁃ 1 oz pumpkin syrup

Witched Brew Margarita

⁃ 2 oz tequila

⁃ 1 oz triple sec

⁃ Guava nectar

⁃ sour mix

⁃ ( purple glitter, black salt rim, dried lime)

1. Rim mason jar with black salt

2. In shaker add tequila , triple sec , guava , splash of sour mix and a little purple glitter.

3. Strain into glass over fresh ice , drizzle blue curaçao and add dried lime

Poisoned Apple ( spiked cider)

⁃ 2 oz liquor of choice

⁃ Applecider

⁃ Red glitter

1. in glass add liquor , ice, Applecider and red glitter

2. Give it a good mix and garnish with apple slice with skull skewer

REDRUM

⁃ 1.5 oz light rum

⁃ 1.5 oz cherry juice

⁃ Half lime

⁃ 1 oz grenadine

1. rim glass with red honey

2. In shaker add rum, cherry juice, lime, grenadine and ice

3. Shake and strain into glasss over fresh ice

4. Add eyeball gummy

Tropical margarita:

⁃ 2 oz tequila

⁃ 1 oz. Triple sec

⁃ Splash mango/ guava

⁃ Splash sour mix

1. rim glass with salt

2. In shaker add tequila, triple sec, guava, mango, sour mix and ice

3. Shake and strain over fresh ice.

Blueberry Honey Bramble

⁃ 1.5 oz gin

⁃ .5 oz Chambord

⁃ Half lemon squeezed

⁃ 3/4 oz blueberry honey syrup

1. add gin, lemon juice and syrup to shaker with ice and shake.

2. Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass and add Chambord on top

3. Garnish with blueberries and lemon slice

Maple Whiskey Mule

⁃ 1.5 oz Bird Dog Maple Whiskey

⁃ Half lime squeezed

⁃ Ginger beer

1. In glass add whiskey, lime and ice.

2. Top with ginger beer

3. Garnish with lime

Pear Sage Martini

⁃ 2 oz Pear Vodka

⁃ 2 oz pear nectar

⁃ Half lemon squeezed

⁃ 1 oz st. Germain

1. chill martini glass

2. In shaker add all of ingredient and ice and ice

3. Strain into chilled martini glass

Hawaiian Mule

⁃ 1.5 oz vodka

⁃ Half lime

⁃ Splash Pineapple juice

⁃ Ginger beer

1. Fill copper mug with ice

2. Add vodka, like juice, pineapple juice and then top with ginger beer

3. Garnish with pineapple leaf and lime wedge

Watermelon Paloma

⁃ 1.5 oz tequila

⁃ Half lime

⁃ 2 oz Watermelon juice

⁃ Seltzer

1. rim glass with salt

2. Add tequila, lime juice and watermelon to glass.

Tropical Rum Punch

⁃ 5 oz Sauvignon blanc

1. add wine to glass then top with slushee

Mango Mojito

⁃ 1.5 oz rum

Cucumber Cooler:

⁃ 3 Cucumber Slices

⁃ 2 oz Vodka

⁃ Lemonade

1. In mason jar muddle cucumber and lime

2. Add vodka, ice and top with lemonade

3. Stir and garnish with lemon

Peach Margarita:

⁃ 2 oz tequila

⁃ 2 oz bourbon

⁃ 1 oz espresso

⁃ 3/4 oz brown sugar syrup

⁃ 2 dashes chocolate bitters

1. In shaker add all ingredients and ice

2. Stir cocktail then strain over fresh ice in rocks glass

3. Garnish with espresso beans and shaved chocolate

Grapefruit Gin and Tonic

⁃ 2 oz Gin

⁃ 2 oz grapefruit juice

⁃ .5 oz rosemary infused honey syrup

⁃ Tonic water

1. In glass add gin, grapefruit juice, honey syrup and ice

2. Top with tonic water, gently stir and garnish with grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprig .Strawberry Campari Spritz:

Dirty Martini

- stab 3-4 olives on a toothpick for garnish
- pour into chilled glass
- traditionally olive juice is swirled in empty martini glass then emptied when chilled vodka/gin is poured

Dry Martini 
When someone says “ extra dry martini” it means less dry vermouth
- 2oz gin/vodka 
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- shake vigorously until hands are cold
- pour into chilled martini glass
- garnish with lemon peel
