Private Dining Rates
The private dining room rental costs are a combination of the dining room rental and menu. You can pick the space that you desire as long as your number of guests does not exceed the capacity. A rental fee is put down as a non-refundable deposit to hold the space/date for you. The menu is paid for day of event.
All Rentals Include:
Full use of the space for the allotted time + 1hr before to decorate
Coffee, tea & baked goods to greet guests upon arrival
All non-alcoholic beverages for guests
Designated servers to host, serve and clean up after your party
Up to 15 people
Our 1834 room (upstairs back room) is perfectly suited for up to 15 people
Thursday 2h - $75 / 3h - $100
Friday 2h - $100 / 3h - $125
Saturday 2h - $200 / 3h - $250
Sunday 2h - $200 / 3h - $250
Up to 25 people
The upstairs dining area consisting of the 1834 Room & the Parlor can fit up to 25 people and is perfectly suited for showers and birthday parties.

Up to 35 (40) people
Downstairs we have The Barroom that can fit up to 35 people for any of our dining options, 40 people if menu is family style or a la carte.

Up to 75 people
Our whole building can fit up to 75 people. We can also close to the public if you would like to rent the place; these rates are considerably higher as we need to make up for business lost. Please email with specific dates for our whole property rental rates.
Whole Building non service hours - prices start at $1,400+
Outdoor Space Rental:
If you wish for your party to be in our outdoor seating area as your first choice, the rental fee will be paid for the indoor space you wish to use as back-up if the weather does not cooperate.
NOTE: Rental fees do not include the per person price for food. The menu will dictate the per person price for food.
