- 2oz pineapple juice
- 2oz tequila
- juice of 1 lime
- 1oz agave
- shake and pour over ice
- garnish with lemon, lime, and orange

Charge as drink special top shelf
Serve in Mason Jar
- 2oz grey goose pear
- 1oz St Germain
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- fill with Sprite and garnish with lemon slice

- muddle 2 strawberries and 5-6 basil leaves
- add ice

Jameson Orange Old Fashioned
Ask on the rocks or neat
In shaker:
- muddle 1 orange slice and 1 cherry with orange bitters
- add ice
- 2 1/2 oz Jameson orange
- stir with bar spoon and strain over ice or just into glass

Tidal Wave
Serve in Pint Glass
- add a small amount of ice into pint glass
- 1oz tequila
- 1oz blue curaçao
- 3oz sour mix
